Selection Process
Compliance Screening
This is the most important step. Every profile is checked against the project’s minimum requirements, which are applied strictly: Years of experience: counted precisely, sometimes split into general IT experience and experience in a specific domain Education level: diploma requirements are often linked to experience thresholds (for example, fewer years required with a Master’s degree) Language skills: assessed on the CEFR scale, typically English at B2/C1 level
Technical Interview
The candidate meets the end client’s project team for a technical interview, which often includes a live technical discussion. In some cases, an internal technical screening takes place first.
Pre-Onboarding
Before the start date, the candidate provides supporting documents: diplomas, employment references, certificates, and ID.
Good to Know
- Be ready to talk in depth about the projects in your CV, as interviewers often ask about them directly
- Review the core technologies listed in the job description
- Explain your reasoning out loud during technical questions; the approach matters as much as the answer
