FullStack Engineer (Agentic AI Platform)

The client is a global SaaS technology provider specialising in governance, compliance, entity management, and operational software for financial services organisations. They develop cloud-based solutions that help businesses automate workflows, manage regulatory obligations, streamline corporate administration, and improve data governance across multiple jurisdictions. It serves international clients in highly regulated industries with a focus on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and compliance automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested code that meets requirements and follows established patterns
• Implement application features and enhancements as part of a collaborative development team
• Contribute to design discussions and propose improvements to functionality, performance, and maintainability
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other developers to refine backlog items, estimate effort, and plan sprints
• Write unit tests and contribute to integration and automated test suites
• Adhere to established development and security standards while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to your expertise
• Take initiative in troubleshooting issues, suggesting enhancements, and contributing to team knowledge sharing

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proven experience in software development, ideally within SaaS or enterprise-scale environments
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, with hands-on experience in Python, React, HTML, and TypeScript
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices
• Curiosity and motivation to learn advanced design patterns, architectural concepts, and domain-specific challenges
